Each week Gwendolen offers open-level, 1-hour Stretch and Strength flexibility studio classes in the heart of Brighton at The Dance Space, suitable for all abilities from beginner movers to professional-level dancers.

Discover how to correctly and safely develop your flexibility and technique for your front and middle splits and shoulder and back mobility, including backbends, arabesques, turnout, and hip mobility, in these low-impact and effective classes. If you’re a beginner, they will allow you to learn every skill and technique correctly from the moment you start, and if you are an intermediate or advanced dancer, they will allow you to refine and strengthen your technique and mobility further.
